The cabin is of the UVÆR type - a modern cabin concept developed by Øen Hyttebygg in collaboration with the architectural firm GeiloArk. The model being built is called DIS, and is one of the largest models in the concept.
DIS maintains a high standard of craftsmanship and is built by local skilled craftsmen from Øen Hyttebygg. The exterior materials have been carefully selected for minimal maintenance, and wood fiber insulation has been used for a more environmentally friendly and better indoor climate in the cabin.
Interior materials are of good quality, and the color palette creates a warm and pleasant indoor environment.

The cabin is over two levels and has a good layout that contains; living room, open kitchen, living room/library, bedroom/living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/wc, sauna next to one bathroom/wc, wc, hall, wardrobe/laundry room. Double garage and storage room on the ground floor.
