This unique holiday property is located just outside Paulen on Flekkerøy - on a private island where you are surrounded by beautiful nature, rocky cliffs and fantastic archipelago surroundings. This can be called "real idyll" and the island appears as a dream place for most people. You can see straight into the beautiful archipelago outside Kr.Sand and it is a quick boat ride to the guest harbor and fishing pier.

The cabin was completely renovated in 2010, with residential standard and electricity/public water and drainage (full-time use). Platforms around the cabin so that you can move around according to the sun and weather conditions. Boathouse with furnished room. Large dock outside with plenty of room for several boats (good depth). Private beach on the side.
